Registration
Registration is your insurance against having your card lost or stolen. Provided your card is registered, we'll be able to issue you with a new card for a small administration fee in the event your card goes missing. Simply call Guild Reception on (08) 9266 2900, and we'll deactivate your old card to stop any thieves from stealing your credit (unfortunately we are unable to refund any credits for unauthorised purchases before we deactivate your card) and reissue you with a new card. To register your card simply fill in the form you received with your card (or alternatively download a copy of the form by clicking on your left) and drop it into any Guild-operated outlet.
