Terms & Conditions
- Recharge cards are issued by, and remain the property of Curtin Student Guild. If a card is lost or stolen please report it immediately to (08) 9266 2900.
- Curtin Student Guild is not liable for any credit used by persons other than the card holder.
- A minimum initial credit value of $20.00 is required to obtain a Recharge card. There is currently a minimum reload of $10.
- Credit is not exchangeable for cash.
- EFTPOS & Credit facilities are only available in selected outlets.
- Recharge Card is usable only in suitably equipped Guild-operated outlets. Please click here for a list of outles equipped with Recharge facilities.
- Transactions can not be accepted while internal systems are offline.
- Cards not utilised after a dormant period of 18 months will result in all unused card credits being forfeit. Proceeds from forfeit credits will be used on student welfare projects.
- Registration, or use of the card does not confer Full Guild Membership, Associate Membership, or any other entitlements on the user from Curtin Student Guild.
- Lost/stolen cards will not be reissued unless registered and any balance remaining will be considered forfeit. Transferring remaining balances and issuing a replacement card will incur a small administration fee.
- Curtin Student Guild will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of personal information provided, and will take reasonable steps to secure the information. However, we cannot give any guarantees or warranties about the security of your information and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of any unauthorised access to your information. Your personal information will not be provided to third parties without your express written consent.
