Hear your Guild Representatives report on what the Guild has been up to in the past year. The AGM is an opportunity to give your feedback on what the Guild is doing!
It will kick-off at 12:15 pm at the Curtin Tav. Upon entry, you'll get a FREE beverage voucher for use during the event.
Remember to bring your student ID with your Guild sticker. Approved 18+ required for entry into Tavern. There will be an under 18s area just outside the licensed tavern area.
At the AGM the Annual Report for 2017 will be presented along with the audited financial statements for 2017.
Any Guild Member may submit a proposed resolution for discussion and a vote at the meeting and must do so in writing by 5pm on Wednesday the 16th of May 2018 to the Guild General Secretary via emailing the item to firstname.lastname@example.org
The agenda including all motions and associated documents will be issued by the close of business Friday 18th May, 2018.

There will be an area set aside for those who are unable to enter the Tavern. This area will also have free cans of soft drink as well as the BBQ

Students are asked to have their student ID card with 2018 sticker ready to sign in to the AGM
Our Student Experience team will confirm Guild members and sign them in
If a students is not found on the member roll, they will be asked to go to student services and obtain proof of enrolment and Guild membership
Once a student is verified as a Guild member and signed in they will be issued with a voting wristband and drink voucher
