Clubs Online Proposal

In response to COVID-19, all Guild affiliated clubs and societies are to postpone all events, face-to-face meetings and gatherings of any size until further notice. Please refer to THIS NOTICE for more information.

CLUBS ONLINE
Digital initiatives are greatly encouraged during this time! Let's get creative and work together to build a vibrant digital community to support, encourage, and entertain! Please share your ideas and/or initiatives with us within this form - we would love to collaborate and/or cross-promote where possible.

PROMOTIONS
The Curtin Student Guild offers various avenues for clubs to run their events and initiatives! We're constantly developing new ideas for club culture to thrive so we are inviting Guild-affiliated clubs to express interest in being promoted on the Guild's digital platforms. This could extend to the Guild's social media platforms or website.

NOTICE
For scheduling purposes and to enable us to draw on our available resources, we ask that you submit your proposal with as much notice as possible.

GUILD x CLUB COLLABORATION PROPOSALS
This application DOES NOT guarantee that the Guild will be able to assist with facilitation on collabs, however, we will certainly provide advice where we are unable to collaborate. 

REPSONSE
Upon receiving your proposal, we will assess the feasibility of your event / initiative and will be in touch with you to commence planning and/or provide recommendations. During our peak periods, there may be some delays in processing proposals - we will be in touch within approximately 5 business days of receiving your request.

In the meantime - online & digital initiatives are greatly encouraged!

Provide a date range if possible ( i.e. Anytime between 15/06 - 23/06). Please keep in mind we can NOT take urgent requests for promotion. Please try and provide us with at least 2 weeks notice.

Facebook event link, drop-box/file sharing link, eventbrite link or other ticketing link etc.

Please include a photo or graphic to increase your chances of this request being approved. *Please ignore this if you have already provided this within a file sharing link in the previous question (preferred).*
