It's time for our AGM.
When: Wednesday, May 15
Where: Guild Tavern & Agora Courtyard (under 18)
In accordance with Section 16 of Statute No.4-Student Guild and R20 of the Student Guild (Administration) Regulations 2018, the Annual General Meeting of the Student Guild of Curtin University will be held at 12:15pm on Wednesday the 15th of May 2019 in the Guild Tavern.
All Guild Members are invited to attend and will have the right to vote on any resolution of the meeting. There is a free sausage sizzle and Guild Members in attendance will also receive a free beverage voucher for use during the event.
The business of the Annual General Meeting will include the adoption of the 2018 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements and the other business provided on the agenda of the meeting.
Any Guild Member may submit a proposed resolution for discussion and a vote at the meeting and must do so in writing by 5pm on Tuesday the 7th of May 2019 to the Guild President via emailing the item to firstname.lastname@example.org
The agenda including all motions and associated documents will be issued by the close of business Wednesday, May 8th, 2019.
