It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct information is provided.
We do not refund any customer's mistakes (e.g. incorrect name, badge type, title, incorrect characters, fitting, collection instead of delivery etc.).
Orders are outsourced to an external supplier once payment has been received and reconciled.
We cannot process urgent orders.
NAME ON BADGE
How you type your name in the "Name on Badge" section is how it will be printed. Make sure to use capitals and characters correctly.
Speak to your faculty about your placement badge requirements.
STUDENTS - Check with your faculty if your surname is required on Name Badge. Place first name and surname in "Name on badge" section if required. Some placements will require both names on placement badges. eg. Name on Badge = Jane Smith. There are many faculties that only require your first name on your placement badge. eg. Name on Badge = Jane
STAFF - Please place title if required in the "Name on Badge" section. eg. Name on Badge = Dr. Smith
Estimated waiting period for collection is seven (7) days. Busy periods will have longer waiting periods.
Due to COVID-19 and the holiday season, collection times are affected and may take longer.
Collection is only available from G Mart (Building 106G) at the Curtin Bentley Campus.
We do NOT send out email notifications. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up any collections of Name Badges.
Estimated waiting period for delivery is three to four weeks in Western Australia.
Due to COVID-19 and holiday season, delivery times are affected and may take longer.
Delivery fee will be calculated on the checkout page.
Deliveries will be sent out when orders have arrived from supplier.
